5. Location Data Collection
Our driver app collects precise GPS location from your device to assign deliveries, provide real-time tracking to customers, optimize routes, and verify delivery completion.
When Collected
Location is collected while you're logged in and on active deliveries. With your permission, background location collection occurs during active routes to maintain tracking when the app is minimized.
Your Control
You can disable location permissions in your device settings, but this will prevent you from completing deliveries, as location is essential to the service.
Retention
Delivery location data is retained for 30 days for records and dispute resolution.
