What's the minimum monthly volume to qualify for enterprise pricing?
Enterprise pricing typically applies to shippers moving 10,000+ parcels per month, but we evaluate every account on its own. Service mix, lane density, and growth trajectory all factor in. If you're under that volume, our SMB tier or USPS-transition program may be a better fit; reach out and we'll point you the right way.
Do you offer SLA-backed contracts and dedicated account management?
Yes. Enterprise customers get a named account manager, quarterly business reviews, and SLAs covering on-time delivery, exception resolution, and API uptime. Specific terms are negotiated as part of the contract, and we share our standard SLA template during the evaluation.
Can Hovership integrate with our existing TMS, WMS, or ERP?
Our REST API covers rate quoting, label generation, tracking, and exception webhooks, and is designed to drop into any TMS, WMS, or ERP that supports HTTP integrations. We've integrated with NetSuite, SAP, Manhattan, and most major commerce platforms; for proprietary systems, our team works alongside yours during onboarding.

Yes. Hovership supports unlimited origins with route optimization across the full network. Pickups can be scheduled per warehouse with independent SLAs, and the dashboard separates performance reporting by origin so each fulfillment center is measured on its own terms.
