Same-day in our densest metros, next-day across most of our serviced 28-state footprint, and 2–4 day economy across the broadest portion of that footprint, plus dedicated big-and-bulky and freight tiers for shipments over 50 lbs. All tiers run on the same network, the same dashboard, and the same tracking layer.

Do you handle big-and-bulky and freight shipments?
Yes. Big-and-bulky covers oversized parcels and large items up to typical LTL thresholds, and our air-freight zone-skip option handles long-haul lanes (zones 6–8) more cost-effectively than ground for time-sensitive freight.
Is there a single tracking layer across all service tiers?
Yes. Every Hovership shipment (same-day, next-day, economy, big-and-bulky, freight) surfaces in one dashboard and one tracking URL. Shippers and recipients see consistent status updates regardless of service tier or origin warehouse.
Can I get real-time exception alerts?
Yes. Exceptions fire dashboard alerts and webhooks the moment they're detected, so your CS team can act on a delay or address issue before the customer notices. Notification rules are configurable per shipper, customer, or service tier.
How do I integrate Hovership into my fulfillment workflow?
Most shippers integrate via our REST API (rate quoting, label generation, tracking, webhooks) or a pre-built connector for Shopify, Squarespace, Magento, and other commerce platforms. Custom WMS, TMS, and ERP integrations are supported through the API or with our team's help. The Hovership dashboard also includes order entry, bulk CSV import, and address-book / recipient management for non-integrated workflows.
What's actually in the Hovership dashboard?
Shipments, tracking, performance analytics (with map view, SLA tracking, and operations metrics), issue/exception management, configurable email and SMS notifications with branded templates, address book and recipient management, order entry and bulk data import, and per-organization settings with role-based permissions. Multi-organization accounts can manage multiple shippers from one login.
Is there a driver app and dispatch system?
Yes, Hovership operates a native iOS and Android driver app for our professional non-gig driver workforce, plus an internal dispatch system. Shippers don't manage either directly, but it's why pickup, transit, and delivery events surface in your dashboard with the timing and accuracy you'd expect from a software-first carrier.
