A successful send starts a one-minute live-session response hold, and useful replies can move the stop back toward delivery. At completion, advisory on-device guidance helps the driver improve lighting, framing, and delivery context while a retake is still possible. Connectivity, recipient contactability, workflow, service, and market can affect availability.
