What each status means.
The five states a Hovership shipment moves through, in order.
01 / Label created
The shipper has manifested the parcel and a tracking number was issued. The package hasn't been picked up yet.
02 / In possession
A possession scan has logged the parcel into the Hovership network. It's en route to the origin sort facility.
03 / In transit
The shipment is moving between facilities or onto the final-mile vehicle. ETA tightens with each scan event.
04 / Out for delivery
On a route for delivery today. Live driver position becomes available; expect a 1–4 hour delivery window.
05 / Delivered
Drop-off complete. A photo, geo-stamp, and signature (where required) are attached to the shipment record.
Exception
A separate state outside the normal flow — weather, missed access, address issues, or recipient-not-home. Our ops team is paged automatically and works the resolution with the shipper.

What recipients and shippers ask most about Hovership tracking.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email sent when your order shipped, and on the order page of the merchant who shipped it. Hovership tracking IDs typically begin with HV- followed by an alphanumeric string.
What information will I see?
Live status, the current location of the parcel, the estimated delivery window, every scan event along the route, and proof of delivery once the shipment is delivered. Recipients can also opt in to SMS or email notifications from the tracking page.
My tracking number isn't working — what now?
Tracking events appear within a few hours of pickup. If your number was issued in the last 24 hours and isn't recognized yet, give it another moment. If it's older than that, double-check the characters (Hovership IDs use letters and numbers, no symbols beyond the leading hyphen) or reach out to our support team with the merchant order ID and we'll find it.
Can I track multiple shipments at once?
The public tracking page handles one shipment at a time. Hovership shippers can see the live status and ETA of every parcel in flight from the dashboard at app.hovership.com.
