1. Agreement and scope
By accessing hovership.com or a public Hovership digital experience, you agree to these Website Terms. If you use the site for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms cover the public website, public tracking, coverage and pricing information, contact forms, and support tools. A quote, order form, transportation agreement, account agreement, tariff, or other written customer agreement controls the actual delivery services and prevails if it conflicts with these Website Terms.
2. Information on the site
Coverage, transit, availability, pricing, savings examples, ETAs, and product capabilities are informational and may vary by lane, shipment, service, partner, market, account, and operating conditions. A shipment is accepted only when the Hovership team confirms the applicable service and commercial terms.
We work to keep the site accurate, but service footprints and product capabilities change. Nothing on the public site is a service guarantee, binding quote, or service-level agreement unless incorporated into a written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit false or misleading information;
- access another person's shipment, account, instructions, signature, or proof of delivery without authorization;
- probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security or rate limits;
- introduce malicious code or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service; or
- misrepresent affiliation with Hovership or reuse Hovership content to create a competing service.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, shipments, systems, or legal rights.
4. Tracking links and recipient actions
Tracking links and recipient authorization codes can reveal shipment information or permit delivery actions. Keep them private and use them only for the shipment for which they were issued. Hovership may expire or disable a link to protect a shipment or recipient.
Delivery instructions and signature authorizations are subject to service availability, shipper requirements, safety, law, and operational feasibility. Submitting a request does not guarantee that it can be followed.
5. Intellectual property and third parties
The site, branding, software demonstrations, copy, graphics, and other content are owned by Hovership or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Hovership grants you a limited, revocable right to use the public site for its intended business and shipment-related purposes.
The site may link to or use third-party services. Those providers' terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. Hovership is not responsible for an independent third-party site merely because we link to it.
6. Disclaimers and responsibility
The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Hovership disclaims implied warranties relating solely to website access. Hovership is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of a private tracking link, internet or provider outages outside our reasonable control, or reliance on informational content instead of confirmed service terms.
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitations or remedies for paid delivery services are governed by the applicable customer or transportation agreement, not this website clause.
7. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how Hovership handles personal information. We may update these Website Terms as the site changes. The updated date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
8. Contact
